House Rules

Quiet Hours + Sound Windows

• •Quiet hours are enforced nightly. If you want loud-all-night, this isn't the right fit.
• •Gatherings and music are allowed only during designated sound windows and must follow the agreed plan.
• •Amplified sound requires prior approval (inquiry-only) and may include a deposit and cleanup fee.

Respect the Land + Wildlife

• •Leave no trace. Pack out what you pack in.
• •Stay on marked paths and designated areas. Some zones are protected.
• •No feeding wildlife. No chasing wildlife. Observe from a distance.
• •Fire safety is non-negotiable (seasonal restrictions may apply).

Fires, Grills, and Safety

• •Fires are allowed only in designated fire setups and only when conditions permit.
• •Do not leave fire unattended. A fire must be fully out before sleeping or leaving.
• •Propane cooking is preferred in high-risk seasons.
• •If there's a burn ban, we follow it. No exceptions.

Dogs (Yes, Dog-Friendly!)

• •Dogs are welcome in designated dog-friendly zones and must be under control at all times.
• •Pick up after your dog (every time).
• •Aggressive behavior toward people, dogs, or wildlife isn't allowed.
• •Dog boarding/daycare is available by request and may require a short meet-and-greet.

Parking, RVs, and Arrivals

• •Park only in approved areas. Keep access lanes clear.
• •RV parking is available on select dates and setups (inquire if unsure).
• •Arrivals after dark may be limited depending on the package and season.
• •No off-road driving or creating new paths.

Gatherings, Events, and Filming

• •All events are inquiry-only and must be approved in advance.
• •Capacity limits apply. A parking plan may be required for larger groups.
• •Deposits may be required for events, and cleanup is always part of the plan.
• •Commercial filming/photography requires approval and a separate rate.

Cancellation + Weather

• •Weather happens. If conditions are unsafe (wind/fire risk), we may reschedule or cancel.
• •If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible so we can help you find the best option.
• •Refunds/credits depend on the package type and timing.
